We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the MenuSifu POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Buss tables efficiently to ensure a clean dining area for guests.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with their selections.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during their visit.
Skills
- Proficiency in using the MenuSifu POS system is preferred but not required.
- Experience in kitchen operations or food preparation is a plus.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
- Ability to sanitize work areas and adhere to health regulations consistently.
