Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and address their inquiries with professionalism.
- Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds and document concerns to assist technicians in accurate diagnostics and service.
- Discuss applicable service specials and options with customers.
- Prioritize required services and present tailored options as needed.
- Document declined services and encourage follow-up for future considerations.
- Keep customers updated on service progress, expenses, and any potential changes.
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and address all customer concerns effectively.
- Provide concierge-level support for all inquiries, whether in person or via phone.
- Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.
