Qualifications:
- Goal oriented person with a history of achieving success
- Professional appearance
- Computer Skills a plus
- Ability to write professional e-mails
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Establish Customer follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond to internet leads via phone, email, text and chat using provided scripts.
- Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
