About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA & Operations Specialist to strengthen our quality processes and help scale our testing operations across teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple projects and squads
- Act as the QA point-of-contact for product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Create and maintain reusable testing documentation and workflows
- Facilitate bug triage meetings and help prioritize QA focus areas
- Support QA strategy implementation and process rollouts
- Mentor junior and mid-level QA analysts and provide peer reviews and training sessions
- Help bridge gaps between manual QA and automation efforts
- Monitor QA metrics and provide insights to improve product quality and team efficiency
- Collaborate with operations teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth releases
- 5 years of experience in QA, software testing, or quality operations
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience working in agile environments across multiple squads
- Ability to manage priorities across parallel projects
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Exposure to test automation concepts and collaboration with automation engineers
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
