What You’ll Do
- Maintain tables with precision and professionalism to support seamless service flow
- Prepare and stock service stations and non-alcoholic beverage stations according to prescribed PAR levels
- Anticipate guest and server needs to ensure smooth pacing throughout service
- Support food and beverage delivery in alignment with established steps of service
- Reset and detail tables efficiently while maintaining a polished dining room appearance
- Uphold strict sanitation and allergy protocols to ensure guest safety
- Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities thoroughly and efficiently
- Communicate proactively with servers, managers, and support staff to maintain service standards

Physical Requirements:
- Lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, & cleaning chemicals
- Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven and slick surfaces
- Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
