- Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring safety, comfort, and emotional support for children from infancy through preschool age.
- Manage classroom activities with effective behavior management techniques and classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering strong partnerships.
- Conduct child development assessments and utilize standardized testing methods to monitor progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
- Lead lessons in various subjects including literacy education, math, and physical education while incorporating childhood development principles.
- Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and maintain accurate records related to child safety, health, and developmental milestones.

Experience
- Proven experience working with children in daycare settings or preschool environments is essential.
- Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education theories, including Montessori methods, preschool teaching techniques, and special education strategies.
- Prior classroom experience with toddler care, preschool teaching, or private school settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies, classroom management techniques, and child development instruction is required.
