What You’ll Do
As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality meals while maintaining the highest culinary and food safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and daily menus
• Assisting with food prep and planning for upcoming meals
• Plating meals with attention to presentation and portion control
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Monitoring food temperatures and maintaining food safety logs
• Supporting meal preparation for special events and functions
• Following all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Culinary school degree (preferred but not required)
- Experience in hot and cold food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English in order to follow recipes, food safety logs, and kitchen procedures
- Previous experience in healthcare or senior living (a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a team-first attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
