Duties
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling wood components using hand tools and power tools under supervision

- Participate in basic woodworking, sanding, painting and more.
- Perform heavy lifting safely and assist with site cleanup to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
- Basic understanding of construction estimating and blueprint reading techniques
- Familiarity with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and screwdrivers; experience with power tools is a plus
- Knowledge of various construction trades including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and flooring installation
- Ability to follow schematics accurately and interpret technical instructions for fixture installation or metal stud framing
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or on scaffolding during roofing or siding projects
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in the restoration industry
- Prior experience or interest in manufacturing processes like CNC machining or fabrication is advantageous
