Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in DeBary, FL for an Insurance Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities include assisting clients with insurance-related inquiries, delivering excellent customer support, resolving concerns to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships. Additional tasks may include updating client records, explaining policy terms, and providing guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on assisting and addressing client needs effectively
- Ability to manage Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring positive and personalized interactions
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
- Organizational and problem-solving skills for managing tasks and resolving issues efficiently
- Familiarity with insurance products and services, as well as basic computer skills for record-keeping and correspondence
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or experience in the insurance industry are a plus
- Spanish-preferred
- Have or be willing to secure a 4-40 insurance license
