Gina’s DayCare Learning Academy is looking for passionate and energetic caregivers to become a part of our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Planning & Implementation: Create and lead a well-rounded, developmentally appropriate curriculum that reflects our academy’s mission. Your curriculum should inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning across all areas of child development—cognitive, emotional, social, and physical.
- Creative Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and meaningful activities tailored to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of each child. Lessons should be dynamic, adaptable, and designed to meet children where they are developmentally.
- Positive Classroom Culture: Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning space where all children feel respected and supported. Set clear expectations for behavior, promote kindness, and guide children through conflict resolution in a compassionate way.
- Ongoing Child Development Monitoring: Observe and document children's growth and learning milestones. Maintain open communication with families by providing regular updates and collaborating on strategies to support each child’s success both in the classroom and at home.
- Utilize Engaging Learning Tools: Integrate a variety of hands-on materials, technology, and resources to make learning interactive, fun, and developmentally appropriate.
- Child-Centered Approach: Recognize the individual strengths and challenges of each child. Offer personalized support and encouragement to help every child reach their full potential.
- Commitment to Growth: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Apply new strategies and ideas to continually enhance your teaching approach.
