Real Estate Buyer Agent

Gina Ellis Real Estate is looking for a motivated and client-focused Buyer’s Agent Assistant to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for an agent who enjoys working with buyers, responding to inbound leads, and converting opportunities into successful closings.

You’ll receive access to team-generated leads and established systems while focusing on what you do best—helping clients find the right home.

What You'll Do

• Represent home buyers in real estate transactions
• Respond promptly to incoming buyer leads
• Guide clients through showings, offers, and the purchase process
• Maintain detailed communication notes and follow-up with leads
• Manage buyer transactions through our transaction system
• Provide professional, client-focused representation from first contact to closing
• Follow established team systems, communication standards, and timelines

Lead Opportunities

• Buyer leads are distributed first-come, first-served
• Leads come from multiple sources, including online platforms such as Zillow
• Opportunities span a wide range of price points
• All team-generated leads operate under established branding and systems

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor position. Compensation to be discussed upon interview.

Requirements

• Active Montana Real Estate License
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to respond quickly to incoming leads
• Organized and comfortable working within established systems
• Commitment to professional representation and ethical standards
