WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As a Line Cook, you'll help drive the kitchen's rhythm, turning out high-quality dishes that hit every time. You'll prep, cook, clean, and communicate-all while keeping cool under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of menu items using standardized recipes
Cook using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
Maintain quality, portion control, and plate presentation standards
Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Work alongside a tight-knit kitchen and FOH crew to keep service running smoothly
Help with kitchen open or close shifts as needed
Clean and maintain your station like a pro
