This is a full-time on-site role for a Breakfast Cereal Research and Development Manager located in Perryville, MO. The Research and Development Manager will be responsible for breakfast cereal development, team management, project management, and team leadership. The position reports to the President of the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in Food Production
- Hands On Experience in Breakfast Cereal Production, including extrusion, flaking, puffing, drying and coating processes
- Knowledge of Cereal Ingredients and their Suppliers
- Research and Development (R&D) skills
- Team Management and Team Leadership skills
- Project Management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
