Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in outside sales, account management, and technical sales. This role requires the ability to analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client relationships.
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials that align with sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, or account management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
