Boutique Retail Sales Associate
Pay: $12.00/hour Commission

About the Position
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique team! If you love fashion, enjoy working with people, and have a natural talent for making customers feel welcome, we’d love to meet you.
This is a customer-focused sales position with the opportunity to earn additional income through commission. Our ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, personable, and excited to help customers find pieces they love.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers with selecting clothing, accessories, and gifts
- Provide styling and product recommendations
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Work toward individual and store sales goals
- Process purchases and operate the point-of-sale system
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing
- Restock and merchandise products as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Promote new arrivals, special promotions, and boutique events
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working as part of a team

Compensation
$12/hour commission on sales
