SERVICE & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
$20–$25/hr Commission Monthly Bonus

What You'll Do:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems across a consistent volume of local routes
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and complex service calls
- Recommend replacements, indoor air quality products, and system upgrades
- Drive revenue through service agreements and customer-first solutions
- Lead by example in technical quality and customer service
- Mentor apprentice and junior technicians in the field
- Maintain communication with dispatch, parts, and installation teams
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills and a consultative sales mindset
- Leadership-oriented — you make the people around you better
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
