Role Description This is a full-time laborer and lawn maintenance role based in Ellijay, GA. The role involves general lawn care for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include planting, weeding, mulching, pruning, and maintenance.
Hardscape laborer position includes developing and installing outdoor elements like patios, retaining walls, walkways, as well as drainage and erosion control. The role requires operating lawn and landscaping equipment, and collaborating with the team to complete scheduled jobs efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to Ellijay & driver's license.
- Basic knowledge of routine lawn care and property upkeep.
- Experience appreciated but not required in: planting, pruning, mulching, and bed maintenance.
- Ability to safely operate lawn and landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Ability to labor in physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Prior experience in landscaping or lawn care is preferred but not required; willingness to learn on the job is essential.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
