What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Start Assistant Teacher position at Gilmer County Head Start?
MUST HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TO BE CONSIDERED:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and willing to complete a TCC or CDA within 1 year of being hired
Job Duties include (but not limited to):
- Providing a safe, nurturing, stimulating and secure learning environment
- Helps with preparing lesson plans.
- Monitor and record progress of children.
- Hold parent/teacher conferences.
- Attend training sessions required by the agency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.34 - $17.20 per hour
