What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Real Estate Attorney position at Gilmartin Magence LLP?
GILMARTIN MAGENCE LLP a Real Estate Law Firm has an opening in its Boston Office for an experienced Residential Real Estate Attorney.
This candidate should have at least five (5) years of serious experience drafting and negotiating Purchase and Sales Agreements and closing residential real estate loans under TRID. Experience with review of condominium documents is helpful, but not mandatory.
Candidates should have experience with Microsoft Office products. Candidates should have exceptional personal skills, organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects at once. This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy office. Admission to Massachusetts Bar is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
