Requirements
Licensing: Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in an insurance customer service role or related field is advantageous.
Attitude: A positive and professional outlook. A genuine desire to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively with a positive touch.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to customer questions and problems.

Responsibilities
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing relationships and delivering professional insurance advice with warmth and clarity. You'll handle day-to-day service needs such as policy changes, certificates, billing, renewals, and claims while ensuring clients feel supported and understood.
