Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidate pools through social media management, job boards, and networking channels.
• Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, including interviewing candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Zenople track applicant progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
• Engage in employer branding initiatives and participate in campus recruitment events to attract emerging talent.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies related to HR sourcing and hiring practices.
• Build strong relationships with candidates through effective communication
• Assist in onboarding processes including employee orientation, contract management, and employee evaluation procedures.
• Stay informed about industry trends in talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.

Skills

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices.
• Proficiency in social media management for talent sourcing purposes.
• Ability to conduct effective interviewing techniques and research candidate backgrounds thoroughly.
• Demonstrated skills in cold calling, lead generation, succession planning, and training & development initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in employee records management and contracts.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
