- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications, including interviewing candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Zenople track applicant progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
- Engage in employer branding initiatives and participate in campus recruitment events to attract emerging talent.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies related to HR sourcing and hiring practices.
- Build strong relationships with candidates through effective communication

Skills
