Duties
- Measure, cut, and install finish carpentry components such as baseboards, crown molding, window casings, door frames, and custom trim with accuracy and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation aligned with project specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to perform carpentry tasks including framing, caulking, and fixture installation.
- Perform surface preparation activities such as sanding, plastering, stucco application, and water damage restoration to achieve smooth finishes.
- Assist with fabrication and assembly of custom woodwork or metal fixtures using CNC machinery or manual techniques.
- Install siding, roofing components, cabinetry, doors, flooring, tile work, and other architectural features as required.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while adhering to safety protocols on construction sites.
