Gillmann Serivces is looking for a motivated Bilingual Recruiter (English & Spanish) to help us hire skilled construction workers for projects throughout Ohio and surrounding states.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and hire construction workers for open positions.
- Speak with applicants in both English and Spanish.
- Interview candidates by phone and in person.
- Post jobs and search for qualified candidates.
- Stay in contact with employees and clients to ensure successful job placements.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and completing hiring paperwork.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and meeting new people.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Sales or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
