What are the responsibilities and job description for the Float/Host position at Gillig Winery?
Qualifications
- Able to work as a team player
- Be quick on your feet
- Have a polite and friendly attitude
- Able to understand and carry out instructions while working effectively with the team and managers to assist our guests
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Preferably 16 years of age or older
- Valid work permit
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Show guests to their seat and give them menus
- Answer questions about the winery and/or wine and food menus
- Bus tables in a timely manner
- Bus tables in a timely manner
- Polish stemware & clean dishes
- Restock shelves
- Assemble appetizers
- Customer service is our highest priority...must be able to anticipate guests' needs
- Able to work evenings and weekends (we are closed every Sunday)
- Assist managers and other team members when needed
