Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform various roofing repairs, including soil stack flange replacement, valley leak, chimney flashing, step flashing, raised & exposed nails, etc.
- Perform miscellaneous repairs of siding, soffit, trim, gutters, etc.
- Clean roofs and gutters.
- Work safely.
- Follow work orders.
- Accurately track time at each job.
- Take photos and document work completed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle and job site.
- Be respectful and courteous at all times.
- Ensure protection of the customer’s property.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of various roofing systems, siding, and gutters.
- Ability to diagnose complex leak sources and problem-solve independently.
- Exemplary customer service skills and professional demeanor on job sites.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and a metal brake.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure professional, high-quality, and warrantable work.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, safely climb ladders, and work comfortably from heights and on steep pitches.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
What We Offer
- $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and tools supplied
