Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Grill Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes that delight our guests and elevate their golf experience. Grill will be open 10 am. until 4 pm. Wednesday through Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is handled safely, maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation practices at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor food quality during preparation, adjusting cooking times as needed for optimal results
- Follow food safety regulations diligently and document all food handling procedures accurately
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pleasent and outgoing personality to communicate with golfers and guests.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to work seamlessly with team members and kitchen staff
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
