Full-Time | Residential HVAC Installation

Pay: $23.00-$38.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and skill level, plus performance bonuses and incentives.

Gillette Heating and Air is looking for a dependable HVAC Installer with some hands-on installation experience to join our growing team in Spanish Fork, UT.

This position is ideal for someone who has worked with residential HVAC equipment, understands the basics of installation, and wants to continue developing their skills. You'll work alongside experienced installers completing heating and cooling system replacements and new installations while learning additional techniques and taking on more responsibility.

• $23.00-$38.00 per hour, based on experience and skill level

• Assist with residential HVAC system installations and replacements

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment

• Help install ductwork, ventilation components, thermostats, and accessories

• Follow installation instructions, manufacturer specifications, and safety procedures

• Assist with equipment start-ups, testing, and system adjustments

• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for daily installations

• Identify installation concerns and communicate with the Lead Installer

• Maintain clean, organized jobsites and protect customers' homes

• Work with the installation team to complete projects efficiently and correctly

• Previous hands-on HVAC installation experience preferred

• Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling equipment

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learning

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a Lead Installer

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire

• RMGA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire

Candidates with related experience in sheet metal, construction, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical installation may also be considered if they have relevant hands-on skills.
