Job Responsibilities & DutiesAnswer incoming calls and handling customer requestsProcessing billing, claims and/or policy changes for clientsRenewal ProcessingQuoting new business and renewal businessCross sell existing customersMarketing for new business/Marketing projectsProvide sales support for ProducersJob RequirementsHigh School or equivalent, associates/bachelors in business/marketing a plusInsurance Experience – personal/commercial linesStrong customer service focus in a professional and timely mannerPossess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachablePossess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitudeProficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-upProperty Casualty license and Life license preferred or the ability to obtain license.
