Full Time Assembler

Overview
We are seeking a full-time dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team assembling fitness equipment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly process, ensuring that products are built to specifications and meet quality standards. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Assemble components and parts according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Operate various hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the factory or warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and machinery commonly found in manufacturing settings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues during the assembly process.
• Experience working on an assembly line or in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus, enhancing material handling capabilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
