Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, components, and supplies to support manufacturing operations
- Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, lead times, and procurement status
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Review purchase orders, contracts, and pricing agreements for accuracy and compliance
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, quality, and logistics teams to align procurement with business needs
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or buying within a manufacturing environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems
- Ability to negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers effectively
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Two years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred
