Client Billing RepresentativeClient Billing Representative to assist attorneys and their support staff with client billing matters and resolve any related issues. This full-time, non-exempt position is based in our Boston office, requiring five days onsite with some flexibility for remote work as departmental needs allow.Responsibilities:· Review, prepare, and process client bills in accordance with attorney and client instructions.· Verify daily billing production for accuracy.· Generate time and billing reports using database software.· Print and distribute attorney pre-bills and billing-related reports as needed; create ad hoc reports for attorneys and clients.· Provide training and support on ExpertImage, iTimekeep, and PrebillManager to attorneys and assistants.· Demonstrate adaptability in learning and utilizing various third-party billing systems.· Support the Client Billing team during absences and provide backup assistance to other areas of Finance as required.Qualifications:· Associate’s degree in Management or Finance required.· Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in accounting.· Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.· Previous law firm experience strongly preferred.Essential Skills:· Superior grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.· Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.· Proven accountability for assigned responsibilities, efficient and timely completion of tasks, and diligent follow-through.· Strong basic math skills and understanding of accounting principles; aptitude for working with numbers and relevant software.· Consistent accuracy in mathematical calculations pertaining to accounting functions and spreadsheets.· Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism, tact, and diplomacy.· Collaborative mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach when working with colleagues across the Firm.· Composure and professionalism in interactions with management, peers, and subordinates.· Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes, occasional overtime, and disruptions as necessary.· Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information regarding the Firm, clients, or personnel.
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
