• Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to generate new sales opportunities.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications to clients, tailoring presentations to meet their needs.
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure inventory management accuracy and timely vehicle availability.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele, including multilingual customers.
• Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales when engaging with corporate clients or fleet accounts.
• Support inventory control efforts by monitoring stock levels and assisting with retail math calculations for pricing strategies.

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive or retail sales with a focus on high-end vehicles or B2B environments.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM software for managing sales pipelines, customer data, and follow-up activities.
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple leads, appointments, and inventory details efficiently.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, retail math, and inventory control procedures.
• Outbound sales experience including cold calling techniques to generate new business opportunities.
• Exceptional customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette.
