Gillam Lawncare & Landscaping is seeking an experienced, motivated, and bilingual (English & Spanish) Operations Manager to join our growing team.
This is a full-time salaried leadership position with benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, and a performance-based bonus program.
Requirements:
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Minimum 3 years of landscaping or hardscaping experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing crews and scheduling operations
• Ability to operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, excavators, and landscape equipment
• Knowledge of landscape construction, irrigation, pruning, and horticultural practices
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• CDL preferred but not required
Responsibilities Include:
• Managing daily field operations and production crews
• Scheduling and coordinating work using company software
• Training employees and maintaining safety standards
• Assisting with job site planning, logistics, and quality control
• Communicating with clients and team leaders
• Monitoring equipment, vehicles, and shop organization
• Assisting with snow removal operations during winter months
