A growing global manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Employee Training & Education Manager to lead internal learning initiatives, oversee training systems, and drive employee development programs.
This leadership role will focus on:
✅ Managing and improving Learning Management Systems (LMS)
✅ Developing training paths for new and current employees
✅ Leading a training/education support team
✅ Partnering with managers to identify skill gaps and workforce development needs
✅ Tracking training progress, compliance, and reporting metrics
✅ Supporting career growth and continuous improvement initiatives
Ideal candidates will have:
✔ Experience leading training programs or corporate learning initiatives
✔ LMS experience (Cornerstone, Absorb, ADP or similar preferred)
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Team leadership experience
✔ Passion for employee growth and development
📍 Hybrid role (not fully remote)
✈ Up to 30% travel
