Duties
- Engage with customers through inside sales efforts, providing expert advice on hardware, lighting, and renovation products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and inviting for shoppers.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales within hardware, or construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, and small renovation processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases.
- Background in construction experience or interior design enhances understanding of customer needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
