Welcome to Gill Insurance! We are a family run office in our 65th year with a true family atmosphere amongst the staff. We are looking for an Account Manager to add to our Personal Lines Insurance Department. Your day to day will be servicing existing accounts, as well as some new business quotes via incoming calls and internet inquiries. No cold calls and no outbound calls! We are a customer service driven environment, not a high pressure sales office. Our goal is to take care of our customers, our staff, and our whole community. Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, ensuring their insurance needs are fully understood and met
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and offering tailored insurance solutions
- Servicing of all types of personal lines policies (Home, Auto, Boat, Umbrella, etc.)
- Quoting of all types of personal lines policies
- Evaluating renewals
- Billing assistance
- Claims assistance
Experience
- Proven experience within the insurance industry or related field
- Familiarity with personal lines coverage products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for client management
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated analysis skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Knowledge of insurance regulation standards is preferred
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients through exceptional customer relationship building techniques
- A team player willing to go above and beyond for a customer or a coworker!
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
