Position Summary:
We’re hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead food service operations at a Greek chapter house on the Washington State University campus. As the lead chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing daily meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings culinary expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Campus Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality meals daily
- Collaborate with your Campus Manager to plan and adapt menus based on feedback
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment
- Manage inventory and place food orders as needed
- Communicate regularly with corporate staff to ensure expectations are met
- Build positive relationships with chapter members and leadership
- Supervise and support additional kitchen staff as applicable
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 years of culinary experience, preferably in high-volume or institutional settings
- Experience with food ordering, kitchen operations, and inventory management
- Ability to lead prep and meal service independently
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and proactive
- Familiarity with basic technology (email, apps, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Experience in repeat-service environments (e.g., campus dining, country clubs) is a plus
