Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Drywall Technician to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing drywall surfaces across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure smooth, durable walls and ceilings that meet high-quality standards. Duties
1. Patch and repair drywall from small holes through full panel replacements.
2. Apply texture — knockdown, orange peel, smooth/Level 5 — and match existing.
3. Tape, mud, sand, and finish to a paintable surface with no callbacks.
4. Paint patches and full rooms when the job calls for it.
5. Work independently on standard residential jobs without supervision.
What we're looking for:
1. At least 2 years of hands-on drywall patching experience (not just new construction hanging).
2. Confident on all major texture types — you don't have to ask twice.
3. Shows up on time, communicates when there's a problem, and treats the customer's home like your own.
4. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Pay: $24 - $28 per hour depending on experience and skill demonstration. We pay biweekly.
