Job Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Officer (BDO) to source and develop relationships with business owners. This is a commission-only role designed for individuals who are confident in their ability to generate opportunities and earn based on performance.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will be introducing business owners to a partnership model focused on scaling and improving their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to business owners in target industries
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and networking outreach
- Build relationships with brokers, CPAs, and local business networks
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
Compensation (Commission Only)
- $2,000 – $5,000 per signed client engagement
- Additional upside for larger opportunities and equity-based deals
- No cap on earnings
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Comfortable with cold outreach and networking
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Interested in business, entrepreneurship, or deal-making
- Prior sales or business development experience preferred but not required
