This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Administration/Customer Service Representative at our Cincinnati, OH location. The role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing sales-related administrative tasks, and assisting with sales operations. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. Additionally, the role may involve providing training to team members and supporting sales management objectives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to support the sales team and contribute to the achievement of sales goals
• Ability to provide Training to team members for enhanced service performance
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to handle administrative and coordination tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn new systems
• Capability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Prior experience in the home improvement or product sales industry is a plus
