Gilford Dental, voted Best of the Lakes Region two years in a row, is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized dental receptionist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities include greeting and checking patients in/out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, managing new-patient paperwork, dental insurance, and helping keep the daily schedule running smoothly.
Dental or medical office experience is preferred. Reliability, communication, and a positive attitude are most important.
Compensation:
$24-28/hour based on experience
Full time, 4 days per week, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
401k with 4% match
1 week PTO beginning after 90 days and 2 weeks annually thereafter (2028 and on)
1 wellness day earned per quarter with no unscheduled call-outs
$2,500 annual dental benefit
