To continue providing the award winning service we are known for, we’re excited to add an outgoing, highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Agent to support our team!

What’s In It For You:

• Compensation and Schedule: This is an entry-level position with a starting pay of $12 plus commission. The schedule for this position is:

  • Monday-Thursday: 4:00pm-7:00pm

  • Friday: 4:00pm-6:00pm

  • Saturday: 7:00am-3:00pm

• Experience not required but customer service experience is a benefit

• Ability to ask questions and provide guidance to get customer exactly what or where they need

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and guide clients over the phone for our service department.

• Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs and manage expectations.

• Assist clients and service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a service expert. Know the ins and the outs of service offerings.

• Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.

• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
