What are the responsibilities and job description for the Giles County Government - Deputy Clerk - Giles County Election Commission position at Giles County Government?
We are looking for detail driven individual who is able to multi-task, has exceptional organizational skills and great communication skills to serve the citizens of Giles County. Our office is obligated to abide by State Election Laws, serving our voters with the best non-bias elections.
Our regular hours of operation are 8:00am to 4:00pm with a (1) one hour unpaid lunch. You must be available to work extra hours when necessary, especially during an election year. This position is a Giles County Employee position with a competitive salary and county benefits to include TCRS retirement and state health insurance.
Candidate must have a solid work history, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, friendly demeanor and great customer service skills. Candidate must possess the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Educational requirements: High school diploma/GED.
