What are the responsibilities and job description for the Controller position at Gilder Search Group?
We are recruiting a hands-on Controller for a very established and growing Wilmington based business. This is a newly created role that will lead the build out of the accounting function and will be responsible for all monthly financial reporting. This role will also work very closely with the operations team to help identify opportunities for improvement in the business.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to manufacturing a must. BS/BA required. This is a stand alone position, perfect for someone that enjoys wearing multiple hats!
This role is onsite each day, they have a very competitive compensation package in place.
