What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to provide painting consultations and quotes
- Build trust through a consultative sales process
- Present customized solutions and close sales
- Maintain accurate customer information
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first appointment through project completion
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, in-home sales, roofing, HVAC, windows, remodeling, or similar industries is a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently while being coached to improve
- Valid driver's license
