What You'll Do
- Start friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
- Identify homeowners who are interested in painting or home improvement projects
- Introduce homeowners to our painting services
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
- Build rapport and create a positive first impression of our company
- Track appointments and customer information accurately
- Represent our company professionally in the community
What We're Looking For
- No sales experience required — we'll train the right person
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Coachable and willing to continuously improve
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Previous door-to-door, canvassing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
