The opportunity
The Role
- Oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and production goals are consistently achieved.
- Support team members in meeting performance expectations and maintaining a productive work environment.
- Responsibilities may vary based on the experience and strengths of the selected candidate.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- High level of safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work in an environment with cotton dust exposure.
