Gilda’s is Hiring a Host (Weekend Evenings)
This is not an entry-level podium position.
We’re looking for someone who understands that hosting is the control center of the entire restaurant—where pace, energy, and guest experience are set.
Fridays & Saturdays | Evening Service
You should be:
- Effortlessly polished and confident in a high-energy room
- Intuitive with people—able to read guests and respond before they ask
- Highly organized under pressure
- A strong communicator with both guests and the service team
- Invested in hospitality as a craft, not just a job
You will:
- Orchestrate the flow of the dining room
- Anticipate and support servers and bartenders in real time
- Own the first and last impression of every guest
- Maintain composure, warmth, and authority—simultaneously
Pay: $12.00 per hour
