Ice Cream / Retail Associate – Gilbert’s Chowder House (Portland, ME)
We are currently holding interviews for our retail / ice cream shop which will be opening Mid June though late October.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and directing guests with a welcoming attitude
- Soft serve ice cream server, window service
- Assisting with retail sales of Gilbert’s merchandise
- Handling guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Keeping the host/retail area clean and organized
- Setting up / breaking down ice cream machine
What we’re looking for:
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability preferred
