Responsibilities
- Service coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, contracting, and developing, directing and managing on site personnel
- Acts as liaison between owner and owner’s user community
- Ensures consistent communication and compliance with owner’s objectives, company policies and procedures and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 10 years' facilities management and maintenance experience
- Good working knowledge of computerized maintenance and building management systems
- Must be an excellent communicator and possess progressive technical and supervisory experienc
- Great Leadership skills
- Excellent Facilities Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent Team builder
